Mission Statement
At Orthopaedic, Pediatric & Spine Institute, we strive to attain the best possible healing and recovery for every patient. Because every patient is unique, we prescribe treatment based on a thorough evaluation which is performed using that latest technological advancements available. We believe in evaluating patients promptly and educating them on their diagnosis so they can play an active role in the decision-making and treatment process. Our clinical experience has shown us that patients who participate in their own health care decisions are far more likely to achieve an optimal level of healing and recovery.
We deliver quality orthopaedic care for all ages. Our philosophy centers around the complete care through all aspects of conservative, therapeutic and non-operative modalities. Only when all aspects have been exhausted is surgery an option. We treat all patients with the time and understanding that we would expect if we were the patient. Children and our young athletes are a precious gift and thus orthopaedic care can’t be given as if they are “little adults”. They have special needs that this practice addresses like no other in the area. |

Our Office
We have one office located in Lake County to better serve you and allow you to choose an office close to home. Our office contains the latest in technology including X-rays to make your visit complete, as well as Physical and Occupational therapy in our Crown Point office.

Jim is our business manager Jennifer, Tabitha and Nancy are our receptionists. Diane is head of Medical and Radiology for Dr. Kucharzyk. Connie Radiology Laura is in charge of precertification for all tests and surgery. |
